Jon, not John, Gruden began his career with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for the 2002-2003 football season. During that same season the Buccaneers had their first SuperBowl win. Born August 17, 1963 in Sandusky, Ohio, when Gruden came to the Buccaneers in 2002 he became the NFL's youngest head coach. To some women's disappointment, Gruden is married with three son's. Despite Being compared numerous times to the Chucky doll, from the horror films, Gruden named one the 50 most beautiful peopl by People Magazine
